Typography, Logo and product design

I wanted to use a sans serif font to show a more modern and sleek look. I also wanted to incorporate some visuals into my logo but found that it didn't quite work. I decided to go for a condensed, lowercase logo as it looked quite modern and cool, I used the Myriad Pro Regular font. I kept the colours monochromatic with black and white to keep it gender inclusive, and to not clash with other colours and look garish.

My two product designs were very different. My first design was mostly blue in colour with a darker and lighter blue ripple coming from the top and bottom surrounding the text. The text is in black and white and I used my third logo design. My second design is dark purple and orange taking inspiration from a CK2 advert. The clouds are in different shades of orange and are on the top and bottom. The logo is my first one and all of the text is white.

These are my designs on my bottles. I think my second design works better because it has more gender neutral colours and blue is a very male centred colour. I also think the white text works very well on my bottles as my bottle is white.

The colours show different things about my product, for example, purple shows creativity and orange shows friendliness and shows a call to action while white shows purity and cleanliness. I don't think the blue bottle shows all of the same positive things like the second one does.
